Shot2Wellness is a wellness brand operated by Curenex Wellness Pvt. Ltd. The Website may provide information about products, wellness concepts, personalization experiences, educational content, Early Access opportunities and, when available, product purchases.

Our products and services are designed to support general wellness and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use the Website or purchase products through it. Shot2Wellness is not intended for children under 18.

By using the Website, you represent that you:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the Website lawfully
• Have the legal capacity to accept these Terms

Shot2Wellness may provide an Early Access registration facility before public product launch. Early Access information may be used to:

• Manage registration
• Understand customer preferences
• Communicate relevant updates
• Improve products and customer experience
• Provide future product availability information where permitted

Expected launch dates may change. Shot2Wellness may change, postpone or cancel an Early Access programme, product launch or feature where reasonably necessary.

Early Access registrants may receive registration, product availability, launch and other relevant communications. Where applicable law requires separate consent for marketing communications, that consent will be obtained separately.

Shot2Wellness may provide questionnaires, assessments or personalization tools intended to help users discover products or wellness routines relevant to stated preferences and goals.

The personalization experience is for general wellness purposes and is not a medical diagnosis, medical assessment, prescription or substitute for professional healthcare advice.

Recommendations should not be interpreted as a diagnosis, medical prescription, treatment, guarantee of a health outcome or professional medical advice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, ingredients, specifications and other information accurate and current. However:

• Shipping is unavailable

If payment has been received for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the refund policy and applicable law.

Prices are stated in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified. Taxes, shipping charges and other applicable charges will be shown during purchase where applicable.

Prices may change. The applicable order price will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to applicable law and disclosed terms.

We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders where permitted by law.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Shot2Wellness does not intend to store complete payment card details on its own systems.

You must provide accurate payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Third-party payment failures may be outside our control, subject to applicable law.

Delivery information will be provided during checkout or order communication when products are available for purchase.

Delivery may depend on location, inventory, logistics providers, weather, operational disruptions, government restrictions and other circumstances outside reasonable control. Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

Returns, refunds and cancellations will be governed by the applicable policy displayed on the Website and applicable law.

Because Shot2Wellness products may be consumable wellness products, certain products may not be eligible for return after opening or consumption except where required by law, including for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Contact us promptly if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

If Shot2Wellness introduces subscriptions, applicable terms will be displayed before subscription, including duration, billing frequency, price, renewal, cancellation, pause, refund and shipping conditions.

A subscription begins only after applicable checkout and payment are completed. Recurring payments may also be governed by the payment provider's terms.

Shot2Wellness branding, logos, product names, slogans, visual identity and other brand elements may constitute protected intellectual property. Unauthorised use suggesting association, endorsement or partnership is prohibited.

If you submit reviews, feedback, comments, photographs, testimonials or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading or infringing.

Where you voluntarily submit content for publication or promotional use, you grant Curenex Wellness Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display it for legitimate business, marketing and communication purposes, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil disturbance, strikes, transportation or supply-chain disruptions, internet/telecommunications failures, utility failures, cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control or other force majeure events.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue Website features, products, services or programmes. Where applicable, we will provide information about material changes affecting existing customers as required by law.

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Material changes affecting existing contractual relationships will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights, disputes will be subject to courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the applicable place of business of Curenex Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

Nothing is intended to deprive a consumer of a mandatory right to approach a competent consumer forum, authority or court.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or waives consumer rights or statutory protections that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable, Shot2Wellness will comply with consumer-protection and e-commerce requirements applicable to its business and transactions.

If any provision is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary where legally permissible. Remaining provisions continue to apply.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and additional terms expressly applicable to particular products, services, subscriptions or promotions, constitute the applicable agreement governing Website use, subject to applicable law.
